U.S. Chamber of Commerce Endorses Pompeo Re-Election Campaign

WICHITA, KS – The U.S. Chamber of Commerce today announced its endorsement of Congressman Mike Pompeo in his re-election for the Kansas 4th District Congressional office. 

In an endorsement letter, U.S. Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Thomas Donohue said, “At no other time in our nation’s history has it been more critical that Members of Congress provide leadership that protects and advances the interests of the business community.  We believe that your re-election to the U.S. House of Representatives will help produce sustained economic growth, help create more jobs, and get our economy back on track.” 

“Job creators in Kansas are still struggling under burdensome federal regulation,” Pompeo said.  “By eliminating these regulations we will create an economic environment that will encourage small businesses to invest and expand in Kansas.  We must continue to fight big government that creates uncertainty for our job creators.  I am honored to have the support of the U.S. Chamber, and I look forward to working with these pro-business leaders to reduce regulation, lower taxes and bring stability back to our economy in Kansas and across the nation.”
